How long will it take for my AirFort to ship?

The sooner, the better! We want you enjoying your AirFort as soon as possible! Because of this, we aim to ship same day if orders are placed by 12pm PST in San Diego. If not, have no fear, orders will just be shipped out the next business day. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days and often even as quick as 2 days of placing your order.

Order are only processed Monday through Friday.

The 2nd Day Shipping option cut off time is 12pm PST.
Can I cancel my order?

Of course! We totally understand if you have a change of mind. If you cancel before your order ships, there will be no charge, however if you cancel your order after it has already shipped, you will be responsible for covering the return fee on your AirFort.
Do we offer a money back guarantee?

You betcha! We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee because that's how confident we are that you will LOVE your AirFort. Is a fan included with purchase?

Not to worry! While a fan is not included with the purchase of an AirFott, we do offer our own AirFort box fan on site. However, any standard box fan will do just the trick.

How big is an AirFort?

While you might feel bigger than life in your AirFortt it's the perfect size. At 77" wide and 50" tall, AirFort is a perfect fit for a handful of little munchkins or a couple of grown fort enthusiast. Big enough for playdates, movie nights, and even slumber parties, AirFort is still small enough to fit in
any standard sized room!

The Barn, Cabin and Cottage AirForts are slightly bigger. Height is 54", Length is 91 " and Width is 60".
What materials are used to create an AirFort?

Each AirFort is made from a light polyester fabric to ensure durability and breathability for those times when you are having too much fun to take a break! Breathable fabric means more fun and less stress!
Is it child safety approved?

Absolutely! The AirFort is Child Safety Tested and Approved! With a mesh divider that prevents access to the fan and no floor that makes entering and exiting effortless, the AirFort is sure to keep your children safe and entertained for hours!
How do I set up my AirFort?

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3! Each AirFort comes with a set of Velcro and all you have to do is attach the Velcro strips, turn the fan on, and watch your AirFort come to life, transforming any space in less than 30 seconds.
How much does an AirFort weigh?

Always feel like you're on cloud 9 in your AirFort! Weighing almost 240z, AirFort is light and airy, just like a cloud!
Can the AirFort be slept in?

Totally! With your AirFort, the limits are endless! Who wouldn't you want to sleep under the stars in our Starry Night AirF0rt or spend the night as one of the farm animals in our Farmer's Barn AirFort?!

Is it washable?

You bet it is! We purposefully designed our AirFort with the kiddos in mind! Made from a breathable Polyester, each AirFort is machine washable for never-ending fun!
What are the recommended washing instructions?

Accidents happen, especially when you're having fun! We recommend washing on cold and air drying to avoid any minor inflictions or possible shrinkage that might alter your AirFort from its original state!
What if my AirFort needs a repair?

Wear and tear is sure to happen when you're having endless hours of fun in your AirFort! In the case of needing a repair, give us a call at - (800) 215-6102 and we will be happy to assist you in getting your AirFort back up and running in no time!
Can the AirFort be used outside?

Bring on the fresh air! With AirFort, the sky is the limit, literally! Just find a flat surface, and you can transform any spacer indoor or outr into your wildest fort dreams!
