Shipping and Returns


Shipping

All orders received Mon – Fri after 2 pm PST (excluding holidays) will ship the next business day.  Orders will ship USPS Priority Mail, delivery 1 – 3  business days.

At this time, we can only ship to addresses within the Continental United States, Hawaii and Canada.

Returns and Refunds

Unused AirForts may be returned or exchanged. Please return the AirFort in its original packaging within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, (less shipping charges). Before returning or exchanging, please email us at info@airfort.com for authorization. Please allow 7 days transit time. Returns will be processed within two weeks of being mailed. Returned and exchanged AirForts should be mailed to:

If possible, please include the original packing slip with your returned AirFort. We cannot refund the original shipping fee paid at the time the order was placed. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of product. Refunds will not be issued for used or damaged products.

Acceptable reasons for an exchange include the following: 

    1. AirFort received was wrong color
    2. Manufacturer’s defect

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

**When shipping items on your own, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are therefore not responsible for lost packages.
